Why doesn't AfterShip import all my shipments?
AfterShip auto import shipments you added at the shopping cart in the past 3 days, and auto import takes place every 3 hours. Do note the following 3 cases aftership will NOT import shipments
- shipments are entered in cart over 3 days ago
- tracking numbers are not a valid format
- tracking numbers already exist in your aftership account
You can also manually trigger an import at the app connection (click "Import Now").
