How to Manually Update the Shipment Status?

Plans: All plans Platforms: All platforms

Overview

AfterShip Tracking’s Shipment module allows merchants, including Admin, Member, and Manager roles, to manually update the status of individual and bulk shipments to Delivered, Returned to sender, and Lost. Subsequently, the merchants can also update the delivery date and time of the shipment(s) they mark as delivered to include the data in deriving accurate analytics.

This shipment is particularly useful for merchants when the carriers do not provide or update the package checkpoint once it reaches the destination. In those scenarios, merchants can manually update the status of the shipments to delivered or, in some cases, returned to the original sender or lost to communicate the right information to the customer and take appropriate action to resolve the missing package issue.
