Connect your Judge.me account with AfterShip and auto-send review requests to shoppers upon delivery of products.
Once a connection has been established, reviews can be shared on all major social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Tumblr. Further, all the major marketing platforms like Shopify, Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce are supported.
Generate an AfterShip API key in your AfterShip Tracking admin > Copy the API key
Log in to your Judge.me account > Add in your Shopify domain URL > Start setup
Click Enable app embed to embed the app into Shopify. The option may not work if you are using Online Store 2.0 themes. With Online Store 2.0 themes, you can easily install Judge.me widgets using app blocks. Find out how here.
Go to Judge.me's General settings > Integrations > AfterShip > Connect
Paste the AfterShip API key and define other conditions (minimum wait time, the maximum wait time)
Applicable to the Awesome Judge.me plan.
