AfterShip Protection is an insurance policy, not a physical product. Therefore, it can’t be shipped, which may cause the auto-fulfillment process to not work properly. You can resolve this by simply following this guide.

Go to Shopify store admin > Select Products

Enter ‘AfterShip Protection’ in the search box

Once you find it, click it to check its details

Go to Variants > Select all variants

Click Open bulk editor

Click all the checkboxes (if unchecked) shown under the Required shipping

Save the changes

Now, the auto-fulfillment process should work as expected.
