How to Embed the Branded Tracking Page Into Your Shopify Store Using Proxy URL
AfterShip lets you create a branded tracking page, which you can embed into your store and let shoppers track their shipments effortlessly. This help guide will explain what steps you need to follow for a successful embedding.
Only users with a Premium plan or above can use this feature. Please avoid downgrading your plan because your store visitors won't be able to check your embedded tracking page if you do that.
➡️ Step 1: Get the tracking page URL (For Shopify Platform Users Only)
Log in to your AfterShip account > Go to Tracking pages
Select Embedded pages > Click Copy URL to copy your tracking page URL

➡️ Step 2: Add the tracking page URL
Go to your Shopify store’s admin > Online store > Navigation
Decide whether you want to embed your tracking page into the Main menu or Footer menu > Click Add menu item

Enter page title (e.g. track your order) > paste the tracking page URL you copied from your AfterShip admin in the link field > Click Add
Click Save menu to make changes to your selected menu
➡️ Steps for other platform users
You can use iFrame to embed the tracking page into your Shopify store as well, though we recommend the above method 😄
Log in to your AfterShip account > Go to Tracking pages
Select Embedded pages > Scroll down to the Embed anywhere using iFrame section and copy the iFrame code to embed your tracking page into your store

If you want your tracking page to be hosted to be on a specific domain(s), choose the 2nd radio button and add the URLs to the allowlist. Otherwise, stick with the default settings
