How to Export Shipment Reports in Custom Format

Relevant to: Trial, Premium, and Enterprise plans


AfterShip allows merchants to easily customize their shipment reports the way they want. You can add or remove the fields as per your needs using the Custom format.

Log in to your AfterShip admin account
Navigate to Shipments and click Export
Under Data format, choose Custom format

Check the fields from Available fields on the left-hand side (The checked fields will be populated in Fields to export on the right-hand side)
You can manage the order of your fields or delete any from the given icons
Click Export when you’re done

Note: AfterShip will save this custom format at the organization level to help you and your organization members reuse it in the future.


1) Is there any limit per export?

You can export up to 5,00,000 shipments in one go. You will get an error message in case you exceed this limit.
