Improve Post-Purchase Experience With Pre-Built AfterShip Tracking Page for Shopify
There’s nothing more exciting than making your first Shopify sale. But once an order is placed, how do you make sure the customer is able to track its progress just right? Directing customers to an order status page is quintessential to a satisfactory post-purchase experience and though Shopify does offer an automated order tracking page, it currently supports only the following couriers - USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL Express, and Canada Post.
Unfortunately, the default Shopify tracking page lacks consistency for the merchants who have a far more outstretched courier network and are looking for more customized order tracking solutions. AfterShip supports over 700+ couriers and allows merchants to set up multiple fully personalized branded tracking pages for their Shopify stores.
Branded Tracking Page for Shopify
Taking a step further, AfterShip has now enabled Shopify users to insert a pre-built branded tracking page consistent with their store look and feel to their store navigation in just a few simple steps.
Let customers track their order status without leaving your website.
Improve your SEO ranking by directing traffic to your store.
Increase repeat purchases by directing customers from your store to specific products pages of your store.
Reduce bounce rate by internally linking customers to products that interest them.
Once you install the AfterShip app and your free trial begins, you will have a pre-built branded tracking page for your Shopify store.
