Integrate Facebook Messenger With AfterShip
Once the request for Facebook subscription messaging is approved, a connection with AfterShip can be established. You can send proactive delivery updates to shoppers through Messenger. From the AfterShip branded tracking page, shoppers can subscribe to order status notifications.
Log in to the Facebook page > Page Settings
Select Messenger Platform > Advanced Messaging Settings > Request
Submit request form
Customize the message template from AfterShip settings
Connect Facebook Messenger with AfterShip > Approve access
Select a Facebook page
Applicable only to the Enterprise plan.
