🔔 Notification

Keeping customers updated about their shipments is the best way to establish a bond of trust with them. With AfterShip notification analytics, you get insights into the total number of sent messages (both email and SMS). This enables you to improve your notification content proactively if needed for better email and SMS engagement.

Plus, you can set a date range to fetch only the required data. It saves you a significant amount of time and effort 🤟

📄 Tracking Page

Tracking page analytics allows you to study customer behavior effortlessly. We’ve overhauled it recently to offer a mesmerizing experience to all our users. In the new version, you get insights into marketing assets performance, page views, marketing clicks, product recommendations performance, etc. Reports can also be sliced and diced to get an in-depth analysis of the tracking page performance.

In the new version, everything is right in front of your eyes. It means you don't have to play with filters like you do in the legacy version. Yes, you have to select the date range and tracking page (if you've added multiple tracking pages) to access specific data instantly.
🔧Predefined yet customizable filters of the legacy version

Reports related to shipments and tracking page can be tailored on the basis of these filters:

1. Date filter: Defines the time period for which the data related to shipments or tracking page needs to be viewed
2. Metric: Provides a quantitative measure of key performance indicators, for e.g. shipments, visits, etc.
3. Dimension: Adds context to metric for the further examination of data, for e.g., location, marketing type, etc.
4. Precision: Specifies the duration for which a report has to be generated. For instance, hour, day, etc.

Note:

In case you’ve been associated with AfterShip for a very long time and feel more comfortable with the old version of tracking page analytics, you can easily switch as per your convenience 👍

However, new users will only be able to access the new version since they are not familiar with the legacy one. The primary reason for this is we don’t want them to face any sort of chaos 😄

⭐ Customer reviews

To measure your shipping performance, it is crucial to keep a close eye on customers' reviews. By doing this, you can easily get a fair idea of how much customers are satisfied with your brand. It enables you to prevent customer churn rate proactively and ensure business longevity.

With customer reviews analytics, you can easily check both good and bad reviews. Plus, you get a breakdown of star ratings, and that gives you a clear idea about the areas where your brand is excelling and struggling.
