Learn More About AfterShip Tracking Merge Tags

Overview

AfterShip Tracking enables you to send personalized delivery notifications to customers via emails, SMS, and Facebook Messenger. You can customize AfterShip Tracking's pre-built notification templates using merge tags, for example, |Tracking_URL|. Merge Tags are short-codes that you can insert in delivery notification messages to send personalized order updates.

How do the merge tags work?

Merge tags add information like customer’s details, order updates, tracking information, and store’s details for the shipment that triggers the delivery notification. You can choose information to be communicated via delivery notifications.
