Notifications When Claims And Resolutions Status Update

In order to let merchants know about the claim status on time, when each claim status updates, AfterShip Protection will notify your ‘Contact email’ (The email you fill in during the onboarding.)

Claim status updated that will notify you:

Unsubmitted
Submitted
Awaiting Documents
Approved
Paid
Denied
Closed

Also, AfterShip Protection notifies your customers when coverage and resolution status update.

Notifications to your customers:

Placed an order with AfterShip Protection
Filed a claim
Resolution status becomes ‘To be resolved’
Resolution status becomes ‘Resolved’
Resolution status becomes ‘Denied’
