👨‍💻 Steps to send SMSes via AfterShip

Note that this feature is only available for Pro and Enterprise plan users. So, upgrade your plan if required :)
Go to the ‘Notifications’ section of your AfterShip account > You will land on the ‘Email & SMS’ page

Click on the ‘Settings’ > set the timezone when you want SMS notifications to be sent and then turn on the toggle button


Bear in mind that SMS notifications will be triggered according to your organization's timezone initially. From December onwards, they will be sent as per your customers' timezone.
To check SMS notification status, visit the ‘Notification history’ section > Select 'SMS'
