Send Delivery Updates to Subscribers
Shoppers can track their orders by entering tracking number and/or order number and email address on the AfterShip branded tracking page. From the branded tracking page, they can subscribe to updates and receive real-time delivery notifications.
Log in to your AfterShip account
Navigate to Notifications > Emails and SMS
Click Notifications to subscribers

Scroll down to the Notifications to subscribers section
Enable notifications for different delivery events (Info received, In transit, Out for delivery, Available for pickup, Delivered, Exception, and Failed attempt)

Note: Your store visitors can subscribe to the notifications from your branded tracking page.
Click Edit against the delivery event for which you want to edit the notification email.

Steps to enable notification updates
