Send Notifications to Your Internal Teams Using AfterShip Account

AfterShip lets its users send shipment-related notifications proactively. Through email workflows, automated updates can be ensured as well. Merchants can send test email or SMS notifications to themselves to ensure that everything is alright.

➡️ Steps to send notifications to yourself



Log in to your AfterShip account > Go to Notifications and click notifications to yourself


Click Edit to modify the default templates for email and SMS notifications

SMS template customization depends on which country you belong to.
Please note that we don't include the charges for SMS notifications in any of our plans. So, kindly check the pricing before enabling text notifications.
Enable notifications for different checkpoints


Note: Make sure customers' email addresses and phone numbers are added to all your trackings so that notifications can be triggered at the right time.

ICYDK: No notifications will be sent for delivered shipments.
