Update Subscription Plan

Need to update your subscription plan?

AfterShip enables you to upgrade/downgrade the existing plan. Select a subscription plan depending on your business requirements, and you are good to go

👍 Change subscription plan (AfterShip billing users)

Go to AfterShip Billing > Upgrade/downgrade the plan

👍 Change subscription plan (Shopify billing users)

Go to the AfterShip Billing page
Click the (....) symbol > Select Upgrade/Downgrade
Choose the plan you want to upgrade/downgrade to
Click confirm, and you will be directed to your Shopify store
Click Approve subscription
Upon confirmation, you will be taken back to AfterShip and your subscription will be applied.

Note: An upgrade in the Subscription plan will come into effect immediately, while a downgrade will be effective from the next billing cycle (after the completion of the current billing cycle). Each billing cycle is of 30 days.
