Overview

AfterShip empowers merchants to customize their shipment reports to meet specific requirements. Utilize the Custom format feature to easily add or remove fields for personalized and efficient tracking and export processes.

How to use the custom CSV export format

  1. Log in to your AfterShip admin account.

  2. Navigate to Tracking dashboard > Shipments.

  3. Click Export.

  4. Choose Custom format under Data format.

  5. Select the desired fields from Available Fields (checked fields will be populated in Fields to export on the right).

  6. You can manage the order of your fields or delete any from the given icons.

  7. Click Export to complete the process.

Note: AfterShip stores this custom format at the organization level for easy reuse by you and your organization members in the future.

FAQs

1. Is there a limit per export?

You can export up to 500,000 shipments in a single operation. An error message will appear if this limit is exceeded.
