Integrating AfterShip with Judge.me allows merchants to automate the process of sending review requests to customers once their orders are marked as delivered. This integration ensures timely feedback collection, improving customer engagement and trust.

You must have an active Judge.me account.

Only merchants on Judge.me's Awesome plan or higher can access this integration.

<a href="https://admin.aftership.com/settings/api-keys" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Generate an AfterShip API key</a> in your AfterShip Tracking admin &gt; Copy the API key.

Log in to your Judge.me account &gt; Add in your Shopify domain URL &gt; Start setup.

Click Enable app embed to embed the app into Shopify. The option may not work if you are using Online Store 2.0 themes.

Go to Judge.me's General settings &gt; Integrations &gt; <a href="https://judge.me/settings?jump_to=aftership" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">AfterShip</a> &gt; Connect.

Paste the AfterShip API key and define other conditions (minimum wait time, maximum wait time).

Save settings to apply your changes.
