Log into your AfterShip Email admin dashboard
Go to Emails and SMS
Select the campaign for which you want to see the performance
You can see the performance of the campaigns via two entrances:
Email newsletters
Under Email newsletters, you can see all the key performance data and the revenue generated on top.
You can also see these metrics as well as the email status alongside each email campaign. To view the detailed performance of the campaign, click View report.
Flows
Go to Emails and SMS under the AfterShip Email admin dashboard
Click Flows
Select the campaign for which you want to view the performance
Click Edit
In the flow editor, click Show analytics on the top right corner
In order to view the performance over a specific period of time, select the date range and click Apply.
Delivery rate: It can be calculated as the total number of emails delivered divided by the number of emails processed.
Open rate: It is calculated as the total number of contacts who opened an email divided by the number of emails delivered.
Click rate: It is calculated as the total number of contacts who clicked on a hyperlink, CTA, or image divided by the number of emails delivered.
Purchases: It is calculated as the total number of contacts who purchased a product from your store within 7 days after opening a delivered email and clicking on the links given.
Please note that it applies if the contact has clicked on a link within an email and purchased a product from the store within 7 days and the email address with which the order is placed should be the same as the contact email address to whom the email was sent.
Conversion rate: It is calculated as the total number of purchased orders divided by the number of emails delivered.
Revenue: It refers to the total amount of purchased orders excluding the shipping charges and taxes. The revenue is applied to the contact that has clicked on a link within the email and purchased a product from the store within 7 days.
Unsubscribed: It refers to the contacts who click unsubscribed from your send list after opening a given email.
Bounced: It refers to the contacts marked as bounced are due to invalid email addresses or email domains, etc.
