Generating coupon codes
There are 2 ways to get a coupon code for a campaign:
- You can enter a code prefix (e.g. new) and AfterShip will add random letters and/or numbers at the end of the prefix to create an 8-character-long coupon code. A prefix can contain letters, numbers, and hyphens.
- If you donβt specify a prefix, a random 8-character-long code consisting of letters and/or numbers will be created.
Create your first coupon campaign
- Go to Coupons > Add Shopify coupon
- Enter a title for the campaign and select the coupon type (Standard coupon, Unique coupon)
- Configure discount rules
- Code
- Discount type (Fixed amount, Percentage off, Free shipping, Buy X get Y)
- Applied products
- Usage limits
- Set the active period
You can similarly add multiple coupon campaigns.
