Checklist for creating tags
- Tags can contain letters (a-z and A-Z), numbers (0-9), and hyphen (-)
- Tags cannot contain space, ampersand (&), equals sign (=), underscore (_), apostrophe ('), dash (-), plus sign (+), comma (,), brackets (<,>), or period (.)
Create tags
- Log into your AfterShip Email account > Navigate to Contacts > Select a contact to add tag (Click on the email id)>
- Under the Tags section, click Edit
- Select an existing tag or create a fresh one as per your choice
- Click Save
Remove tags
- Go to Contacts > Select contact to add tag(s) > Edit tags
- Click on the βXβ icon beside the tag that you wish to remove
- Click Save
Segment newsletters based on tags
- Go to Newsletters > Choose a newsletter to edit
- Go to βSend toβ section under the Settings **tab > **Filters > Edit filters
- Click on Add filter > Choose Tag
- Select your preferred tag(s) > Save changes
