Tags can contain letters (a-z and A-Z), numbers (0-9), and hyphen (-)
Tags cannot contain space, ampersand (&), equals sign (=), underscore (_), apostrophe ('), dash (-), plus sign (+), comma (,), brackets (<,>), or period (.)
Log into your AfterShip Email account > Navigate to Contacts > Select a contact to add tag (Click on the email id)>
Under the Tags section, click Edit
Select an existing tag or create a fresh one as per your choice
Click Save
Note: You can add multiple tags to a contact.
Go to Contacts > Select contact to add tag(s) > Edit tags
Click on the “X” icon beside the tag that you wish to remove
Click Save
Go to Newsletters > Choose a newsletter to edit
Go to “Send to” section under the Settings tab > Filters > Edit filters
Click on Add filter > Choose Tag
Select your preferred tag(s) > Save changes
