How to send birthday emails
Customize settings
- Navigate to Emails and SMS > Flows > Choose Customer birthday > Create

- Within the flow editor, access the Trigger event > Define trigger settings > Save

Customize Text and Style
- Click Send email

- In the Settings tab, add the Email subject and Sender info
- In the Content tab, edit blocks:
- Header: Replace the default logo with your storeโs logo
- Footer: Modify description and address
- Body: Adjust blocks based on preferences
- Under the Styles tab, personalize text and style and click Save

Initiate email dispatch
After customization, send a test email to preview. Toggle the Enabled option under Status and click Save to activate.
