How to send birthday emails



Customize settings


Navigate to Emails and SMS > Flows > Choose Customer birthday > Create


Within the flow editor, access the Trigger event > Define trigger settings > Save



Customize Text and Style


Click Send email


In the Settings tab, add the Email subject and Sender info
In the Content tab, edit blocks:
Header: Replace the default logo with your store’s logo
Footer: Modify description and address
Body: Adjust blocks based on preferences
Under the Styles tab, personalize text and style and click Save

Initiate email dispatch


After customization, send a test email to preview. Toggle the Enabled option under Status and click Save to activate.
