- Select Upgrade now to open the comparison table of AfterShip Feed plans.

Upgrading your AfterShip Feed plan
When upgrading your AfterShip Feed plan, you can increase your order quota within the same plan tier.
For example, if you're on the AfterShip Feed Scale 1000 - Monthly plan (1000 order volume) and want to upgrade, you can move to the AfterShip Feed Scale 1500 - Monthly plan, while maintaining the same premium features and expanding your order volume limit.
If you're on the AfterShip Feed Basic 500 - Monthly plan (500 order volume) and wish to upgrade, you have two options:
- Upgrade to the AfterShip Feed Scale (1000-1500 order quota) - Monthly plan to access premium features and increased sales channel limits.
 - Stay on the AfterShip Feed Basic - Monthly plan and pay an additional charge of $0.20 for each extra order beyond the Basic plan's quota.

- Based on the order quota or features, choose the desired plan and click Choose {plan}.
 - A confirmation window will appear showing the new plan details. Review the information, then click Upgrade plan to finalize the upgrade.

Downgrade your plan (AfterShip Billing Users)
- Go to Billing in your AfterShip Feed settings.

- You can view your current plan, usage quota, and billing cycle details in the Current plan section.

- Click the (....) icon, then Downgrade to open the comparison table of AfterShip Feed plans.

Downgrading your AfterShip Feed plan
- When downgrading your AfterShip Feed plan, you can reduce your order quota within the same plan tier. For example, if you're on the AfterShip Feed Scale 1500 - Monthly plan (where 1500 represents your order volume) and wish to downgrade, you can move to the AfterShip Feed Scale 1000 - Monthly plan, keeping the premium features associated with the Scale plan.

- However, if you're on the AfterShip Feed Scale 1000 - Monthly plan (1000 order volume) and decide to downgrade, you’ll need to switch to the AfterShip Feed Basic (10-500 order quota) - Monthly plan. Keep in mind that downgrading from a Scale plan to a Basic plan means losing access to certain premium features, including the ability to connect more than 2 sales channels. If you have more than 2 sales channels connected, you'll need to disconnect additional stores to comply with the Basic plan's limitations.

- Based on the order quota or features, choose the desired plan and click Choose {plan}.
 - A confirmation window will appear showing the new plan details. Review the information, then click Downgrade plan to finalize the upgrade.
