Merchants often collaborate with creators to enhance their product visibility and drive sales. To make these collaborations more efficient and ensure smooth ongoing relationships, AfterShip Feed features a My creators module. The module streamlines how merchants import and manage their creator partnerships. Using a CSV import feature, merchants can easily add new creators and update existing creator information, making it easier to scale creator collaborations.
The feature also supports Custom fields, allowing for even more tailored management of creator data.
Go to Affiliates in your AfterShip Feed admin.
Navigate to Manage creators > My creators.
Click the CSV import button to begin importing or updating creators.
Download the Sample CSV Template.
The CSV template will include several columns for input.
Creator Name is a required field, while other fields are optional and can be filled in based on your needs.
If you’ve set up Custom fields for your creators, you can add them as additional columns in the CSV template. The system will ensure these fields are imported correctly.
After editing the CSV template with your creator data, upload the file into the system.
If you update information for existing creators, simply upload the new CSV with the updated data.
Once the CSV is uploaded, the system will automatically process it and add the creators to My creators list.
Only creators listed in Find creators will be imported.
If a creator isn’t already in the My creators module, they will be added to the list.
If the creator already exists, the system will update their details based on the new information in the CSV. Any empty fields will be ignored, and the existing data will remain unchanged.
If you are updating information for existing creators with old information that already exists, the CSV will show an import error.
If the CSV upload encounters any import errors, a banner displaying Some creators failed to be added. Check that youve uploaded the correct information and try again. View error report.
