Sync Order Returns And Refunds From TikTok To Ecommerce store

AfterShip Feed's Return and refund sync option allows you to
Auto-sync refund and return order information from TikTok Shop to Shopify for your finance team to keep track of refund orders and maintain balance in accounting
Auto-restock items on Shopify after a return order has been resolved on TikTok Shop to effectively manage product inventory levels and avoid out of stock issues
Import returns from TikTok Shop to Shopify for informational purposes only, allowing you to easily track customer returns

Go to Settings > Return and refund sync in the AfterShip Feed admin
Shift the toggle to the right to enable auto-sync return and refund feature
Select whether you want to auto-restock inventory when the return is completed or not
This feature only supports one-way sync from TikTok Shop to eCommerce store.
Refunds and returns created or modified on your eCommerce store will not be synced to TikTok Shop.
TikTok Shop order: When a buyer submits a return and refund request via TikTok, AfterShip Feed triggers the next steps in the return process.
Shopify order: Upon receiving the return request, AfterShip Feed generates a return order in Shopify.
Return parcel approval in TTS: Once the return parcel is received and approved, meaning the return process is completed, AfterShip Feed will close the return order, mark it as refunded in Shopify, and initiate the refund process for the customer.
4. AfterShip Feed will then automatically restock the returned items in the Shopify inventory. This means the products will be available for sale again in the Shopify store.
Once the refund is completed in TTS, the return will be synced to Shopify but the restock will not be done and you can do it manually afterwards after further inception of the return item.
⛔ Return management functionality (Returns and refunds) is available exclusively for Magento Enterprise Edition (EE). For merchants using non-EE versions of Magento, the Feed will only sync refunds, not the complete return process.
When a buyer initiates a return and refund request on TikTok, AfterShip Feed automatically generates a return order in Magento.
AfterShip Feed will so mark the returned items as Requested and Authorized in Magento.
Once the return parcel is received and approved (indicating the return process is complete) in TikTok Shop, AfterShip Feed will update the returned items' status to Returned and Approved in Magento.
Additionally, the refund is processed for the order in Magento.
