How to Track a Return Item

Overview



This article describes how customers can track their return items once there request is approved by adding the shipment details on the return status page.

Adding a tracking number



Once the return request is approved by the merchant, the customer will be able to track the exchange order on the return progress page by clicking the Enter shipment



Customers need to input the tracking number of the exchange shipment in the tracking number field and select the carrier for the same.

If the carrier is not present on the list of supported carriers, then they can select Others



Once the shipment details are added, they can get the updates on the return shipment by clicking on the Track shipment button.
