AfterShip Returns Center is an automated, customizable, self-service portal designed to deliver a streamlined returns experience. With the Forever Free plan, for each billing cycle (i.e. 30 days), you can manage 3 returns.

Each AfterShip Returns Center billing cycle is 30 days. At the end of each billing cycle, your credit card will be charged automatically.
If on a Starter plan, no charges will apply for tracking of up to five return shipments. However, for additional returns, extra charges will entail.

Returns Center billing cycle is every 30 days. Your credit card will be charged automatically and invoice will be sent out to your registered Email ID.
You will not be charged, if you are using starter plan and number of returns submitted is up to 3. However, you will be charged for any extra usage.
For example : Plan: Starter Monthly usage: 6 returns.

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account and offers a more secure login process. AfterShip offers support for 2FA both on the Account (individual) and Organization (requiring all members associated with an organization to enable 2FA) levels.
