FAQ

1. Why are the custom form details shown in the review details, but not in the actual form when customers write a review?

The custom forms are product-level settings and data, while the Review our store button in the All Reviews Widget operates at the store level. As a result, the custom form details will appear in the review details, but they will not be displayed in the review form for customers when using the "Review Our Store" button in the widget.
