If this is a new carrier account, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days for Royal Mail team to activate it for use with AfterShip Shipping to create shipping labels.
If you've already created Royal Mail shipping labels using AfterShip Shipping but are now facing this issue, it's possible that your Royal Mail account doesn't have sufficient funds to create new labels.


How to solve
