Get Credentials to Access Team Global Express Shipping API

Overview



AfterShip Shipping is a multi-carrier shipping software and API that enables you to automate shipping processes across USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and 100+ other carriers. Get the required credentials and access Team Global Express (abbreviated, TGE) Shipping API via AfterShip Shipping in just a few steps.

Get Developer Credentials



Ensure you have your own account number with TGE. If you don't have one, reach out to TGE Ecommerce team at [email protected]
Once you have your account number, complete the TGE form to request the connote ranges and SSCC (if applicable).
When filling out the form, pay attention to the following:

For question 4 ("Are you using MyTeamGE API's?"), select "Yes."
For question 5 ("Provide your Trading Partner name."), enter "AFTERSHIP."
For the SSCC questions, fill in according to your actual business setup. If you're unsure about your SSCC arrangement, contact your TGE account manager for assistance.



You will receive the API credentials from the TGE team with your email.
Fill in your SourceSystemCode and Consignor ID (Account Number) in AfterShip Shipping while setting up your Team Global Express shipper accout.

Setup Shipment ID, SSCC



Once your shipper account is created, click the + Tracking Numbers button to enter the pre-assigned Shipment ID range provided by Team Global Express. Two types of ranges are supported:

Shipment ID: A 6-digit number range, excluding the SourceSystemCode. For example, From number = 000001, To number = 999999.
SSCC ID: A 9-digit number range assigned by Team Global Express. For example, From number = 250071958, To number = 250072957.
