This developer guide shows how to access OnTrac shipping API via AfterShip Shipping. See also the list of required API credentials/keys for OnTrac integration.

Get OnTrac Developer Credentials

Email onTrac API support [email protected] and cc [email protected] with your OnTrac account number. Tell OnTrac you need to obtain API credentials to access OnTrac API.
OnTrac will provide OnTrac credentials for both Sandbox and Production environment: Account Number and Password

Required OnTrac API credentials

Credentials	Environment	Description
Account Number	Sandbox / Production	Your Ontrac Account Number.
Password	Sandbox / Production	API credentials to access sandbox and production environment of On Trac web service and Postmen API.
