Unsuspend Endicia Account and Reset Pass Phrase
Endicia account suspension due to incorrect passphrase attempts
Endicia account get suspended after five attempts to access the account with a wrong pass phrase. When the account is suspended, you cannot print postage or log in to the Endicia website. Resetting the Pass Phrase clears the account suspension.
Steps to reset your passphrase
Contact Endicia Technical Support at 1-800-576-3279 x130 or use Endicia live chat between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
Provide your account number and security information to verify your identity.
