Checklist for Auto Import Orders
Overview
AfterShip automatically detects and imports the tracking numbers present in your store to the Shipments dashboard.
To correctly import tracking numbers from your store to AfterShip, please make sure:
Your eCommerce store is connected
Orders are marked as fulfilled (Only for the Shopify connector users) within the store.
Tracking numbers are added within the AfterShip app widget along with the carrier (Only for WooCommerce store connector users).
Relevant carriers are enabled within your AfterShip account’s settings
The carriers are prioritized on the basis of their usage within your AfterShip account’s settings
For example: If you use USPS more frequently than UPS, set USPS above UPS.
