Possible errors while integrating WooCommerce with AfterShip

Users are often unable to connect their WooCommerce store to their AfterShip account. Following are the possible reasons for the same:

How can I do if I can't install directly ?

In this case, we can manually build up the connection for you. Please contact our support team and shared the following info.

Step 1: Generate a WooCommerce REST API Key (Read/Write)

  1. Go to WP Admin β†’ WooCommerce β†’ Settings β†’ Advanced β†’ REST API
  2. Click Add Key and fill in the following:
    • Description: AfterShip Manual Connection
    • User: Site admin
    • Permissions: Read/Write
  1. Click Generate API Key
  2. Copy both the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret immediately β€” the secret is only displayed once
πŸ“Ž Please share the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret with us for the manual operation .

Step 2: Allowlist AfterShip Server IPs

Additionally, you should add the following three IPs in your hosting admin to allow our request:

  • 54.208.44.50
  • 35.188.86.165
  • 35.239.56.190

Once we receive both the credentials and the IPs are allowlisted, we 'll complete the manual connection and monitor the initial sync
