Customize Shipment Review Layout for Branded Tracking Page

Overview



Acquire greater control over your customer experience with AfterShip Tracking by customizing various sections of shipment reviews on the Branded tracking page. This will provide a more personalized and engaging tracking experience for your customers.

Configure the layout of the shipment review



Log in to the AfterShip Tracking admin dashboard
Select Tracking pages > Page variations
Navigate to Tracking page variations
Click Actions > Edit
Under the Content tab, click Shipment review



There are three options available for customizing the shipment review, i.e., Text box and tags, Text box only, and Tags only.

Text box and tags: Under this option, the shopper can rate their experience with star rating, write a review and select the most relevant tags from the given options. Meanwhile, you can customize the Text box prompt as per your requirements.



Text box only: Under this option, the shoppers can rate their experience with star rating, and write a review.



Tags only: Under this option, the shoppers can rate their experience with star rating and select the most relevant tags from the given options.
