Display Blocks and Sections Based on Shipping Statuses and Devices

Overview



AfterShip Tracking enables a selective display of content based on tracking status, and device type such as desktop and mobile. For instance, you can add a video that would appear only on the Delivered tracking status and remain hidden for other statuses.

Steps to show or hide blocks/sections



Log into your AfterShip admin account.
Navigate to Tracking pages and select the page for which you want to make the changes. Click Edit to enter the tracking page editor .
Select your preferred section for which you want configure the status and device visibility.

Visibility settings



Clicking the Visibility settings button enables you to specify the devices and statuses for displaying this section/block.



1. Device visibility



Choose where your block or section will appear by device:

Go to the block or section you’d like to set display options for.
Select either Desktop or Mobile or both.

2. Status visibility



Choose where your block or section will appear by shipping status:

Go to the block or section you’d like to set display options for.
Select the specific statuses for which you want to show the block/section.

In the editor, you will get the display option giving you a hint of your set preferences (For shipping status and devices) when you preview.
