If your customers haven't purchased AfterShip Protection during checkout but wish to do so afterward, you can add it through the admin screen
Navigate to AfterShip Protection admin > Coverage
Click Add coverage
Select the order for which you want to add the coverage
Note: Coverage can only be added to paid and unfulfilled orders.
