How to Refund AfterShip Protection?
Before the order is shipped(fulfilled), you can refund the Protection product as consumers need.
And if you refund before the order is in ‘fulfilled’ status, AfterShip Protection will not charge you for the premiums of the order, and the coverage will become ‘Void’ status.
You can operate the refund action via your E-commerce store platform, e,g Shopify, Woo,Commerce, etc.
But once the order is fulfilled or partially fulfilled, the Protection product can’t be refunded and we’ll charge for the premiums.
