AfterShip Tracking simplifies the eCommerce management experience by seamlessly transitioning from order-centric to shipment-centric workflows within the AfterShip admin portal. Log into your AfterShip Tracking admin dashboard
Go to Tracking dashboards > Orders
On the Orders dashboard, you will be able to check your orders based on 4 default views:
All: In this view, you can view all the orders that are imported from your online store.
Unfulfilled: In this section, you can view the imported orders with the Unfulfilled status.
Partially fulfilled: In this section, you can view the imported orders with Partially fulfilled status.
Fulfilled: In this section, you can view the imported orders with the Fulfilled status
You can search for your orders in the search bar based on certain fields in the search bar on top of the order list. The available options are, order number, order ID, customer name, and tracking number.
You can select the columns you want to show or hide on the dashboard according to your convenience.
Go to the Orders dashboard in the AfterShip Tracking admin panel
Click Columns on the upper right corner of the order list
Once done, a list of columns will appear on the right panel.
Select the columns that you want to show or hide on the orders panel. You can drag the columns up and down to set the chronology.
After setting the column list, click Done.
AfterShip Tracking allows you to search your imported orders based on the list of filters available on the Orders dashboard.
Go to the Orders dashboard in the AfterShip Tracking admin panel
Click Add filters
Select the filter/s that you want to apply from the given list
Store: It refers to the store from which the orders are imported.
Order date: It refers to the date and time on which the order was created. The time is fetched based on the timezone that you have set for your organization. You can select the date range for which you want to view the orders.
Order import date: It refers to the date and time on which the order was imported to the AfterShip Tracking. You can select the date range for which you want to view the imported orders.
Latest update date: It refers to the date and time on which the order was last updated. You can select the date range for which you want to view the updated orders.
Fulfillment status: It refers to the fulfillment status of the order. You can check whether the order is Fulfilled, Unfulfilled, or Partially fulfilled.
Payment status: It refers to the payment status of the order. You can check the orders that are Paid, Unpaid, Refunded, or Partially refunded.
Shipping method: It refers to the shipping method that is used for the order.
Order tags: It refers to the tags that you have added to the orders on your online store.
Destination: it refers to the destination on which the order is meant to be delivered.
Source: It refers to the source or platform from which the order was imported.
You can check the fulfilled items that are grouped under the tracking shipments. If you frequently handle order split fulfillment scenario, you can view all the shipments associated with this order and the items contained in each shipment on the order details page.
You can check the basic shipment details, i.e., Carrier, Ship date, Pickup date, and Estimated delivery date by hovering over the tracking number.
You can also view the shipment details by clicking Details on the right hand side of the tracking number.
You can view the tracking page by clicking on View tracking page to preview the order status.
For orders and shipments, the retention periods for data varies. It means when the maximum number of days for data retention is reached, the data will be automatically removed from the AfterShip Tracking admin portal.
