Manage Your Subscription Plan
Overview
If you feel that your existing AfterShip Plan is not meeting your needs and you require access to AfterShip's more premium features, you can upgrade your plan.
AfterShip Tracking enables you to upgrade or downgrade your existing plan based on your business needs. Select a subscription plan depending on your requirements, and you are good to go.
Change subscription plan (AfterShip billing users)
AfterShip billing users are the ones using Stripe for payment processing.
- Go to Billing in your AfterShip Tracking settings.
- Click Upgrade now and choose a plan you want to upgrade to.
- Click the (....) icon and click Downgrade to opt for another plan.
- Choose the right plan you want to downgrade/upgrade to
- Review the payment details and click Downgrade plan / Upgrade plan accordingly
Change subscription plan (Shopify billing users)
Shopify billing users are the ones using Shopify for payment processing.
- Go to Billing in your AfterShip Tracking settings
- Click Upgrade now and choose a plan you want to upgrade to
- Click the (....) icon and click Downgrade and choose the plan you want to downgrade to
- Click Confirm and you will be directed to your Shopify store
- Click Approve subscription
- Upon confirmation, you will be taken back to AfterShip admin and your subscription will be applied
FAQs
1. When does an upgrade to the subscription plan take effect?
An upgrade takes effect immediately once it is confirmed. Youโll gain access to the upgraded features and increased tracking quotas right away.
2. When does a downgrade to the subscription plan become effective?
A downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle, after the current cycle has ended. You will continue to have access to your current plan until then.
3. How long is each billing cycle?
Each billing cycle lasts 30 days.
4. How to Upgrade from a Free Plan to a Paid Plan?
- Go to Home in AfterShip Tracking admin.
- Click Upgrade Now on your Free plan.
- Select a paid plan from the pricing page.
- Choose Tracking only or Bundle.
- Choose a billing period and enter payment details.
- Click Upgrade plan.
5. Can I use one AfterShip subscription for multiple platforms?
Yes. A single AfterShip subscription can be used for multiple platforms. You can connect multiple stores from different platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, and others under the same AfterShip account.
