Send Individual Shipments Emails With Selectable Templates

Overview



As a merchant, you would seek the privilege to send a shipment notification email of your choice to individual shipments. AfterShip lets you send shipment notification emails with a template of your choice. Also, you can preview your email to get a clear idea of what you are sending to your customers and how it looks.

Steps to send shipment emails with selectable templates



Navigate to the Shipments tab > Select an individual shipment
Click Send notification > Send email



By default, you’ll see the recommended template. However, you can choose any template from the email list you have created in AfterShip Tracking > Notification (The customer’s email will be auto-fetched)
Preview the email on the right-hand side



Once satisfied, click Send

Note: There is a daily limit of 10 emails per shipment. Additionally, you can't use order status templates for shipment status notifications.
