Send Internal Notifications to Your Members

AfterShip Tracking lets its users send shipment-related notifications proactively. Through email workflows, automated updates can be ensured as well. Merchants can send test email or SMS notifications to themselves to ensure that everything is alright.
Log in to your AfterShip Tracking account
Go to Notifications and click notifications to yourself
Click Edit to modify the default templates for email and SMS notifications
SMS template customization depends on which country you belong to. We don't include the charges for SMS notifications in any of our plans. Kindly check the pricing before enabling text notifications.
Enable internal notifications for different checkpoints for both email and SMS notifications
The internal notifications for the following events are supported: Info received, In-transit, Out for delivery, Available for pickup, Delivered, Exception, and Failed attempt.
Make sure customers' email addresses and phone numbers are added to all your trackings so that notifications can be triggered at the right time.
