Configure Product Price Sync Rules

AfterShip Feed enables you to automatically sync product price changes to TikTok Shop whenever you update product prices in your eCommerce platform. You can also define the rules of price synchronization like whether you want to show the same price as the source {ecommerce_platform} or you want to show a % higher or lower price than the source {ecommerce_platform} price.
Source price is the price from your eCommerce platform.
In this tutorial, we will discuss:

Go to Product sync in the AfterShip Feed admin
Scroll down to Product pricing section
Auto-sync product prices will be enabled by default
This functionality will ensure that any changes made to product prices in your ecommerce platform will automatically sync to your TikTok Shop.
If you make any changes to the product prices on TikTok Shop, the same will be overridden by any changes made in your eCommerce platform. Therefore, if you want TikTok Shop product prices different from the product prices displayed in your eCommerce platform, you can disable the auto-sync product prices feature.
Platforms: Shopify, Wix, BigCommerce
Each SKU in Shopify, Wix, and BigCommerce can have two prices:
Price: It is the sale price visible to the customers in which they can buy a product.
Compare-at price: Also know as strike-through price, it is the product's original price that shows up on a product's listing when it's on sale. You can see it crossed out next to its discounted price.
When syncing product prices to TikTok Shop, only one price out of the two Shopify prices will display. You can decide which one do you want synced and displayed on TikTok Shop.
If Use sale price is selected, the sale price or the discounted price displayed to the customers for the product will be synced to TTS. Based on the screenshot above, £41.99 will be synced.
If Use compare-at-price is selected, the strikethrough price will be synced to TTS. Based on the screenshot above, £42 will be synced.
Platforms: All platforms
When syncing products from eCommerce platform, you can configure certain rules to define the way AfterShip Feed sync prices to TikTok Shop.
a. Same as the source product price: The exact product price from the eCommerce platform will be synced to TikTok Shop.
b. Percentage above the source product price: The percentage value of the actual product price that you will define will be added to the actual price of the product and synced to TikTok Shop.
c. Percentage above the source product price: The percentage value of the actual product price that you will define will be deducted from the actual price of the product and synced to TikTok Shop.
d. Fixed amount above the source product price: The amount that you will define will be added to the actual price of the product and synced to TikTok Shop.
