Shipment reviews are a great way to see what is hindering your shipping process and driving prospects away. With a branded tracking page, you can let customers share their experience for delivered shipments.

Which shipments can customers review?



Customers can review delivered shipments. Once customers receive their order, they can leave their feedback through the AfterShip branded tracking page link.



Shoppers can rate their experience on a scale of 1 to 5 and leave comments or suggestions.

How do I monitor shipment reviews in AfterShip?



You can view a detailed analysis by clicking on the shipment reviews option placed under the 'Analytics' tab. Get a breakdown of star ratings, view top good reviews to learn about the factors that draw customers to your online store time and again, check top negative reviews to find out where improvement is needed, and also analyze customer feedback effortlessly.

Enable the shipment review feature



Navigate to Tracking pages in your AfterShip Tracking admin.
Click on Page variations and select a page variant for which you want to enable the share button.
Click on the {...} icon and select Edit.
Select Shipments from the Pages dropdown > +Add section > Shipment review.

Edit the title of the shipment review widget, configure the review options, and customize text box prompt message.

Move to the Style tab to configure the look and appearance of the review section on the branded tracking page.

Under the Visibility settings, configure where do you want customers to see the shipment review section—**Desktop** and/or Mobile.

Once done, click on Preview to have a full picture of how it will look to your shoppers on the branded tracking page.
Switch between desktop and mobile tabs to see how the section will look to customers on the page.



Shipments review section: Multi-positioning



The tracking page editor offers customers the flexibility of enabling certain sections on the overall branded tracking page and the compact tracking info section. Similarly, the Shipments review section can be enabled both on the branded tracking page's main layout or on the compact tracking info section. Now, where you wish to enable the section depends entirely on the kind of user experience you want to give to your customers.
