Sign up for a Gorgias account
Set up your helpdesk

Input URL of your website
Decide and input URL of your helpdesk

Click Create your helpdesk to finish setting up your Gorgias helpdesk
Connect your store with Gorgias
Enable and customize relevant support channels like chat widget, email, SMS, or contact form to enable customers to reach out to you with queries

Connect AfterShip Tracking with Gorgias



You can access Gorgias integration page in two ways

Go to Apps in the AfterShip Tracking admin
Click View more apps in the upper right-hand corner
Search Gorgias for AfterShip Tracking. Click on it and you will land on the Gorgias integration page

or,

Navigate to the Gorgias integration page on AfterShip website directly




Select AfterShip Tracking from the dropdown and then click Install app
Select the right organization (online store) if you have multiple organizations configured in AfterShip Tracking (Optional) for which you are establishing this integration
Input your Gorgias store name formatted as {brandname.gorgias.com} in the Store name field
Click on Install app
Authorize AfterShip Tracking to access your Gorgias helpdesk data

How would I know the connection has been established successfully



You can check the connection under Apps dashboard in your AfterShip Tracking account



In the Gorgias admin, go to the Settings > App store > My Apps



Customer experience



Once the connection gets established successfully, your team can successfully see the following tracking events directly inside the Gorgias ticket window and share the information regarding:

Tracking number
Tracking status
Estimated delivery date
Carriers
Origin country
Destination country
Order number
Order date
Delivery date
Picked up date
