Overview
Connect your Shopify store with AfterShip Feed to auto-sync product and inventory info between your online store and TikTok Shop to make product management and order fulfillment hassle-free.
In this article, we will show you:
AfterShip Feed app installation through Shopify app store
Go to Shopify app store
Enter AfterShip Feed for TikTok Shop in the search box to get our app and click Add app
Select the store for which you'd like to install the app
Click Add sales channel
Once done, you will be redirected to the onboarding page of our app. Just complete the steps to complete the setup
Connect Shopify store through AfterShip Feed
Go to Apps in AfterShip Feed admin
Click View more apps and you will be redirected to the AfterShip Feed app integrations page
Find Shopify and select it to land on the detailed integration page. Click Install app
You will be directed to the AfterShip Feed for TikTok Shop app installation page on Shopify. Click Install and select the right organization (online store) if you have multiple organizations configured in AfterShip Feed for which you are establishing this integration
Click Add sales channel
Once done, you will be redirected to the onboarding page of our app. Just complete the steps to complete the setup.

1. Can multiple Shopify store connections be added to the same AfterShip Feed organization?
Yes, you can add multiple Shopify store connections to the same AfterShip Returns organization. To do this:
Go to the AfterShip Feed admin portal.
Navigate to Apps > Store connections.
Click on Add connection.

You can connect only one Shopify store with the same AfterShip Feed organization.
