Overview

BigCommerce enables eCommerce businesses to design websites for their online stores. Connect to AfterShip Returns to your BigCommerce store to streamline returns processing and allow shoppers to submit return requests through the self-service returns portal. Additionally, send return update email notifications to shoppers and eliminate the need to contact customer support service.

Integrate BigCommerce with Returns Center

Make sure you have an active BigCommerce account.

You can access BigCommerce integration page in two ways

  1. Go to Apps in the AfterShip Returns admin

  2. Click View more apps in the upper right-hand corner

  3. Search BigCommerce, click on it and you will land on the BigCommerce integration page

  4. Alternatively, Navigate to the BigCommerce integration page on AfterShip Returns website directly

  5. Select AfterShip Returns from the dropdown and then click Install app

  6. Select the right organization (online store) if you have multiple organizations configured in AfterShip Returns (Optional) for which you are establishing this integration

  7. Click on Install app

  8. You will be redirected to the AfterShip app listing page on BigCommerce. Click Get this app and login to your BigCommerce store, if you haven't already

  9. On the BigCommerce marketplace, Click Install and then Confirm to allow AfterShip Returns access to your BigCommerce store data

Your store is now successfully connected to AfterShip Returns.

All successfully connected stores are listed under the Installed apps in Apps section.
