Are customers facing issues while applying coupon code at the checkout page?
This usually happens when you have set up the discount code in Automizely Marketing, but you have not enabled it at your Shopify store settings.

Publish changes
🔧 Set up discount codes in Shopify
Go to Shopify > Discounts **> **Create discount > Discount code
Enter the coupon code set up in Automizely Marketing > Define the other triggers > Save discount code
