How to send birthday emails

Customize settings

  1. Navigate to Emails and SMS > Flows > Choose Customer birthday > Create

2. Within the flow editor, access the Trigger event > Define trigger settings > Save

Customize Text and Style

  1. Click Send email

2. In the Settings tab, add the Email subject and Sender info 3. In the Content tab, edit blocks:

  • Header: Replace the default logo with your store’s logo

  • Footer: Modify description and address

  • Body: Adjust blocks based on preferences

  1. Under the Styles tab, personalize text and style and click Save

Initiate email dispatch

After customization, send a test email to preview. Toggle the Enabled option under Status and click Save to activate.
