Overview
As a merchant, you would seek the privilege to send a shipment notification email of your choice to individual shipments. AfterShip lets you send shipment notification emails with a template of your choice. Also, you can preview your email to get a clear idea of what you are sending to your customers and how it looks.
Send shipment emails with selectable templates
There is a daily limit of 10 emails per shipment. Additionally, you can't use order status templates for shipment status notifications.
Navigate to Tracking dashboard > Shipments in your AfterShip Tracking admin.
Select an individual shipment.
Click Send notification > Send email.
By default, you’ll see the recommended template based on the shipment's status. However, you can choose any template from the email list you have created in AfterShip Tracking > Notifications flows
The customer’s email will be auto-fetched from the order information or you can choose to send the email to other email address.
Preview the email on the right-hand side.
Once satisfied, click Send.
