Connect Attentive with AfterShip Returns

By integrating Attentive with AfterShip Returns, it gets easier to create email journeys and send email notifications by using RMA status as triggers.

Prerequisites
Install AfterShip Returns on Attentive
Create email journeys
You must have an active Attentive account.
Your AfterShip Returns account should be connected to your online store otherwise the integration won’t work properly.
Install the AfterShip Returns app on Attentive using this URL
Log in to your Attentive account, if you haven’t already, and select the organization for which you are installing Attentive
Authorise AfterShip Returns to access your Attentive account’s data by clicking Authorize
Upon successful authentication, the AfterShip Returns app will display under the Apps Installed by you section on the Attentive admin
This integration is connected via OAuth, therefore API Key or webhook registration is not required.
Once the Attentive integration is installed, you will be able to create Email Journeys on Attentive with custom event triggers from AfterShip Returns.
You can set these journeys by following these simple steps.
Go to Journeys under Messaging section, click Create Journey and then select Start from scratch
Choose the trigger (RMA event) you want to create an email flow for and click Continue
Select how you wish to create the journey by selecting one of the two options and set up the flow as per your requirements with Attentive's Journey editor.

Besides the event trigger, you will also be able to insert RMA data as a variable in the Email editor of Attentive
When you’ll select and open the editor of choice to built the email template, click anywhere on the content box to open a hovering panel and select Insert variable
Expand the Variables dropdown and move to Triggering event. Select the variable you wish to auto-populate RMA data for
